I dont know man, I think you could do a lot better. The preloader basically sums up the whole movie. All he really does is run around and hit things, not to mention you can barely make any of it out, with all the action lines you draw in there....

actually, the preloader does sum up his abilities somewhat - but it does not sum up the story.

In transformers, the opener has tons of shit blowing up, yet when you watch voltron, there can be 10-15 minute intervals of story and people talking with eachother. Even after a battle ensues, a conversation or situation that does character building (IE. conversations, guy working on a machine engine talking with his friend).

I plan to have story in my episodes so don't cut me short there. :)

I too love Iron Chef. Great detail on the stadium, and the sounds were right on :-)

this definately doesnt deserve to be number 1 on the portal, although the author has a good point, dont you think you've exagerated it a bit? The stuff that gets blammed on newgrounds is usually crap. You only got a rank this high from the sympathy votes, from crappy flash artists. Youre movie wasnt polished enough (drawings and sound). But because I have submitted no movies to newgrounds, i guess that means i dont know anything, and I guess I cant tell what i like.

Needs to be worked on

You have a lot of talent with your graphics, but your sound quality needs to be improved, and most of all, your story. I think if you come up with a really original idea and improve things, I think you'll have a great movie.

Actually, the sound quality is about as high as you can take it with flash...
Thanks for liking the graphics, I can draw a lot better than think of good storylines. Blargh.

[THE RIDE]

pretty good

Had some really great graphics, but the whole dogfight scene was pretty bad. Some better explosion and laser firing effects would have been better. Other than the battle scene, it was cool.
